    We attempt to process your card withing 3 to 7 Business days. Your order should get delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location in India. (Currently we are serving in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad & Ahmedabad only)

    Delivery may take longer due to festivals & public holidays, delays on behalf of courier partners, political disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

  3. How do I Track the Delivery of my Finclick Elite card?

    After your order is shipped, an email / SMS or whatsapp will be sent to you with the tracking number and name of the logistics provider. Visit the website of the logistics provider and enter the tracking number for your shipment details.

  4. What Happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?

    Our courier partners will make 2-3 attempts to deliver your package. Delivery times may be longer in such cases. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in coordinating for faster delivery.

  5. What should be done if there is wrong delivery of my card?

    It generally doesn’t happen, if it does kindly return it to our registered address (or) can mail us on: [email protected]

  6. What if any of your merchant fails to deliver the goods or product on time or its damaged?
